Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps/SRE professional to join our team and manage global blockchain infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end automation and maintenance of blockchain nodes across multiple networks.
- Automate deployment, monitoring and management of global blockchain nodes
- Handle chain upgrades, governance proposals and 24/7 incident response
- Build and maintain monitoring/alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Collaborate with development teams on testnet and mainnet upgrades
- Document operational procedures and optimize system performance
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and reliability of blockchain infrastructure
- Develop automation scripts for node provisioning and maintenance
- Respond to and resolve production incidents within SLAs
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support
- Continuously improve monitoring coverage and alerting thresholds
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in DevOps/SRE or system administration with Linux expertise
- Proficient in Python/Go/Shell and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Public blockchain operations experience preferred (node deployment, testnet validation)
- Fast learner with passion for blockchain technology (even without direct experience)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Work Arrangement
This is a remote position based in Singapore. We offer flexible working hours with occasional synchronous meetings across time zones. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
