主な職責
1. 会社全体のビジネス開発戦略を策定・実行し、主要な協力チャネル、顧客リソース、エコシステムパートナーの開拓を行う
2. 大規模なビジネス協力、アライアンス構築、業界横断的な連携を推進する
3. ブランドトーンを管理し、会社のブランド外部コミュニケーション戦略を策定、一貫性のある専門的で力強い発信を確保する
4. 重要な業界イベントに会社を代表して出席し、個人の影響力を活用して業界内での認知度と信頼性を向上させる
5. 高価値な外部関係ネットワークを管理・維持し、リソースとビジネスの効果的なマッチングを促進して業務の実行と成長を図る
優遇事項：単一国家（ロシア/英国/ポーランド/オランダ/ドイツ）に特化した業務現地化経験があり、現地ユーザー獲得、コミュニティ運営、パートナー開拓を担当した経験があること
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s overall business development strategy, expanding key partnership channels, client resources, and ecosystem partners.
Drive major business collaborations, alliance building, and cross-industry cooperation.
Oversee brand positioning and formulate external communication strategies to ensure messaging is consistent, professional, and impactful.
Represent the company at key industry events, leveraging personal influence to enhance the company’s reputation and credibility within the sector.
Manage and maintain a high-value external network, facilitating effective alignment of resources and business opportunities to drive execution and growth.
Preferred Qualifications / Plus:
Experience in localizing business operations in a single country (Russia, UK, Poland, Netherlands, Germany), including user acquisition, community management, and partnership development.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related fields within the blockchain industry.
Fluent in both Chinese and English; experience in international cooperation is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to interpret complex market data and develop actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with public speaking experience and the ability to represent the company externally.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working effectively in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.
Key Notes:
Work Arrangement: This is a full-time remote position operating under a decentralized work model. Strong time management skills are required to ensure timely responses and efficient collaboration during working hours.
Communication & Collaboration: Day-to-day communication is primarily online; occasional in-person meetings may be arranged if necessary.
