It aims to help users improve their sleep habits through gamified interactions and social elements. In Sleepagotchi, users input the bedtime and wake-up times they wish to consistently maintain. Based on how close their actual bedtime and wake-up times are to their goals, as well as the consistency of their sleep patterns, users receive rewards of varying levels.
