Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for modifying and producing daily operational materials based on existing design templates, including event banners, ranking pages, and routine operational needs.

Key tasks include adapting design content for multiple languages and sizes according to specifications, participating in the design and basic extensions of offline event materials to ensure visual consistency, updating template content or replacing materials as per business requirements, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to ensure timely and stable delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Modify and output daily operational materials using existing design templates, including event banners and ranking pages.
Adapt design content for multiple languages and sizes based on specifications.
Participate in designing and extending offline event materials to maintain visual consistency.
Update template content or replace materials as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with marketing and technical teams to meet deadlines and ensure stable delivery.

Job Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields preferred.
1+ years of experience in graphic or operational design (exceptional fresh graduates may also apply).
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (required), with the ability to independently complete basic modifications and layouts.
Experience adapting materials for multiple languages and sizes is a plus.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong execution skills to handle high-frequency design demands.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.
