Job Description
Responsible for the full lifecycle management of growth channels, from exploration and onboarding to conversion optimization, ensuring efficient transformation of traffic into genuine and compliant users.
Develop growth strategies based on target markets and user profiles, including but not limited to incentive systems, localized campaigns, user education, and conversion path design, and drive their implementation.
Establish a core growth dashboard to continuously monitor and analyze data at each stage of the user journey (registration → KYC → card activation → retention → TPV), quickly identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization solutions.
Innovate localized growth tactics for key regional markets (e.g., Vietnam, Philippines, Brazil) to drive explosive growth in user base, transaction volume, and social virality.
Design and execute growth experiments, continuously optimizing key touchpoints through A/B testing to enhance overall conversion efficiency and user lifetime value.
Document reusable growth methodologies, channel operation SOPs, and best practices to empower the team and systematically improve growth efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end growth channel lifecycle, ensuring high-quality user acquisition and conversion.
- Develop and execute targeted growth strategies tailored to specific markets and user segments.
- Monitor and analyze user journey metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Create and implement localized growth initiatives for emerging markets.
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to refine conversion funnels and improve user engagement.
- Establish standardized processes and best practices to scale growth efforts across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in user growth or channel operations, preferably in payments, fintech, or cryptocurrency/Web3 industries.
- Strong grasp of growth frameworks (e.g., AARRR model, funnel analysis, retention curves, incentive mechanisms) and advanced data analysis skills (proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool).
- Prior success in driving growth in emerging markets like Southeast Asia or South America, with deep understanding of local users, channels, and culture.
- Basic knowledge of and keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain payments, with an understanding of industry dynamics and user needs.
- Fluent in English as a working language. Proficiency in Vietnamese, Filipino, Portuguese, or other target market languages is a plus.
- Results-driven with strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
