Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team, focusing on web3, exchange, wallet, and internet products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces for both B2B and B2C applications, particularly wallet and exchange platforms, while also possessing strong interaction design capabilities.
You will be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, leading the design of product prototypes and interaction experiences, and participating in iterative optimization and implementation. Additionally, you will oversee daily coordination between the UI team and upstream/downstream stakeholders, managing requirements alignment, resource allocation, and implementation follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for wallet and exchange applications (both B2B and B2C).
- Lead the creation of product prototypes and interaction designs throughout the product development cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
- Manage the UI team's workflow, including task delegation, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in web3, blockchain, and fintech.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or UX/UI design, with a focus on B2C applications.
- Strong proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in user research, user story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Proven track record of collaborating with UI designers and engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the B2C domain; prior experience in web3, exchanges, or wallet applications is a plus.
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and output quality.
