Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product planning, ideation, and creative processes, lead user research on interface visual design in the early stages of the product
• Analyze design trends and set the overall visual style and UI design direction
• Provide conceptual design solutions for projects and collaborate with the team to complete systematic design solutions
• Promote the implementation of design solutions and follow up on design execution in final products
• Create different UI design interfaces based on various requirements while maintaining consistent quality
• Participate in user research and interactive solution discussions
• Lead the visual design work of projects and continuously optimize design details
• Provide design support for daily operational activities and functional maintenance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design and prototyping tools
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
