Job Description
We are seeking a talented Web3 Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly designs for our Web3 products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces and seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze the needs and behaviors of Web3 users, and propose innovative design solutions.
- Design an intuitive and easy-to-use Web3 interface and interaction process to ensure that users can easily understand and use our products and services.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate designs into actual product prototypes and follow up on design implementation during the development process.
- Responsible for the graphic design of project operation activities.
- Track and analyze design data, evaluate design effectiveness, and provide data support for product iteration and optimization.
- Understand and master the latest Web3 design trends and technologies, and apply innovative design concepts and methods to practical projects.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and user-centered approach
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and decentralized applications
- Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate insights into design improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends in the Web3 space
