Job Description
As a Visual Designer for our trading tool software and main application, you will be responsible for driving the visual and functional evolution of our products. You will play a key role in maintaining design consistency while pushing boundaries for innovation in our product's visual style.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design, functional iteration, and redesign of GateKeeper trading tool software and the main application
- Develop and improve design specifications to ensure product visual consistency and innovation
- Collaborate with product teams to understand business goals and translate them into clear design objectives and priorities
- Participate in product interaction design and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Research design trends and user needs to continuously optimize and innovate the trading experience
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, resolving priority conflicts to meet deadlines
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in visual design for software applications, preferably in trading or financial products
- Strong understanding of trading concepts and experience using trading platforms
- Excellent business acumen with ability to align design with product goals
- Knowledge of interaction design principles and experience collaborating on UX/UI projects
- Ability to stay current with design trends and apply them appropriately
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions for complex applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing financial or trading applications
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies
