Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand visual upgrade including logo redesign, color system, typography, and graphic language development that aligns with Meme culture while maintaining professionalism (reference: Pump.fun's fun + Uniswap's simplicity)
• Develop comprehensive brand design standards to ensure visual consistency across Web, App, and social media platforms
• Upgrade and optimize existing trading platform UI/UX to improve user experience (e.g., intuitive token launch process, smoother K-line interactions)
• Design engaging animations (e.g., successful trading effects, liquidity pool change visualizations)
• Establish a reusable design component library to enhance team collaboration efficiency
• Conduct data-driven design optimization for key pages (trading panels, asset lists) using user behavior analysis (heat maps, click-through rates)
• Collaborate with growth teams to design high-conversion Landing Pages and Activity Pages
• Build a multi-platform design system with cross-platform design language (Web/App/Extension) featuring Meme DNA
• Create a reusable DeFi component library with unique design elements

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in brand design and UI/UX for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand transformations and data-driven design improvements
• Expertise in creating design systems and component libraries
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and prototyping software
• Understanding of DeFi/crypto culture and ability to translate Meme aesthetics into professional design
• Experience with user behavior analysis tools and data-driven design methodologies
• Ability to create engaging animations and micro-interactions
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency trading platforms
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS)
• Background in motion graphics or interactive design
• Familiarity with Web3 design trends and community aesthetics
