Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to develop a high-performance matching engine and build the underlying architecture for a hybrid CEX-DEX exchange. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing on-chain modules such as Bridges, Oracles, and Contract Trading systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in blockchain technology and exchange systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize a high-performance matching engine for cryptocurrency trading
- Design and implement the core architecture of a hybrid centralized-decentralized exchange
- Create on-chain modules including Bridge solutions, Oracle systems, and smart contract trading mechanisms
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various exchange components
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in developing complete exchange systems (CEX or DEX)
- Hands-on experience with trading matching engines, account systems, risk control, and settlement systems
- Expertise in systems programming languages (Rust/Go/C++)
- Demonstrated ability to build high-concurrency, high-reliability systems
- Capability to design hybrid on-chain/off-chain architectures balancing throughput and verifiability
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptographic principles
- Experience with distributed systems and consensus algorithms
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts
