Job Description
Responsible for the design and development of blockchain trading systems, including core business modules such as on-chain transactions, cross-chain transactions, copy trading, stock trading, and wallet accounts. Handle the integration of public chain nodes like EVM and Solana, transaction broadcasting, transaction status tracking, and on-chain data processing. Conduct in-depth research on on-chain trading mechanisms, including AMM (V2/V3/V4), routing algorithms, Gas optimization, MEV, Anti-MEV technologies, and continuously optimize transaction success rates, speed, and user experience. Develop high-performance on-chain trading systems, continuously optimizing key aspects such as transaction links, node access, RPC scheduling, transaction broadcasting, and transaction confirmation to build a low-latency, high-throughput trading system. Participate in the architectural design of core modules like trading systems and wallet account systems, continuously improving system performance, stability, and security. Stay updated on blockchain and DeFi ecosystem developments, research new protocols and technologies, and drive business implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain trading systems, including on-chain, cross-chain, and copy trading modules.
- Integrate public chain nodes (EVM, Solana) and manage transaction broadcasting and status tracking.
- Research and optimize trading mechanisms like AMM, routing algorithms, and Gas efficiency.
- Develop high-performance trading systems with low latency and high throughput.
- Enhance system architecture for trading and wallet modules to improve performance and security.
- Monitor blockchain and DeFi trends to implement new technologies and protocols.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 1-3 years of Golang development experience; blockchain project experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Golang, with strong programming fundamentals and experience in concurrent programming (Goroutine, Channel, Context).
- Familiarity with Solidity smart contract development and common security risks (reentrancy attacks, signature verification, etc.).
- Understanding of blockchain transaction processes (signing, Nonce, Gas, Mempool, etc.).
- Knowledge of wallet and transaction security (private key management, multi-signature, MPC).
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, including indexing, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in Redis for caching and high-concurrency scenarios.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and troubleshooting performance issues.
- Strong learning ability, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meme coin trading platforms, Sniper Bots, copy trading, or arbitrage systems.
- Optimization experience in RPC scheduling, node performance, or transaction success rates.
- Hands-on experience with Solana, BSC, or Ethereum high-frequency trading.
- Development experience in high-concurrency trading systems handling millions of transactions.
- Knowledge of Solana’s account model, transaction mechanisms, or Rust for smart contracts.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols like Uniswap, Raydium, or HyperLiquid.
- Experience with node deployment (Geth, Erigon, Solana Validator) and performance optimization.
- Background in digital asset trading platforms or financial systems.
Benefits
Open Positions: 4-6 Salary Range: 30K-60K/month, with additional bonuses and incentives based on performance. Work Location: Remote
