Job Description
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's website to enhance its visibility and traffic on search engines, particularly Google. Your role will involve a combination of technical and strategic tasks to improve search rankings and drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Infrastructure: Manage and maintain the company website, optimize site architecture and code to improve domain authority, exposure, and traffic on Google and other search engines.
- Keyword Ranking Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate website keywords, identify and track valuable long-tail keywords, and develop keyword strategies for continuous optimization.
- Link Optimization: Implement internal/external link strategies, manage backlink partnerships, and perform on-site optimizations to enhance referral traffic.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports on optimization results, research findings, and actionable insights for future improvements.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly track and analyze competitor website traffic, study their SEO tactics, and develop effective optimization strategies to stay ahead.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO/SEM, with a strong preference for expertise in international search engines (e.g., Google).
- In-depth knowledge of Google's search ranking algorithms and familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Proven hands-on experience in SEO execution and content strategy development.
- Prior experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
