Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's website to improve its visibility and ranking on search engines, particularly Google. This role involves a combination of technical and analytical skills to drive organic traffic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Infrastructure: Manage and maintain the company website, optimize website architecture and code to enhance site authority, exposure, and traffic on Google.
- Keyword Ranking Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate website keywords, identify and track valuable long-tail keywords, and develop keyword strategies for optimization.
- Internal & External Link Optimization: Improve internal/external/friendly link strategies for traffic generation, and expand partnerships for link-building.
- Periodic Reporting: Deliver regular reports on optimization progress and research findings, providing actionable insights and future optimization plans.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor website traffic tracking and data analysis, summarize their SEO strategies, and implement effective optimization solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO/SEM, with preference given to candidates proficient in international search engines like Google.
- In-depth knowledge of Google's search ranking algorithms and familiarity with common SEO tools.
- Hands-on SEO experience and strong content planning capabilities.
- Prior experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency platforms is a plus.
- Quick-thinking, excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong data analysis, and logical reasoning abilities.
