Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of cybersecurity products, ensuring alignment with market needs and industry standards.
 - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
 - Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
 - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
 - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
 - Monitor and analyze product performance using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
 - Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers regarding cybersecurity product issues.
 - Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to maintain product effectiveness.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in cybersecurity or related fields.
 - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and industry standards.
 - Excellent strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap.
 - Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and customer support teams.
 - Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
 - Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
 - Ability to analyze product performance metrics and drive improvements.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer support.
 - Commitment to staying updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
 - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
 - Experience working in agile development environments.
 - Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role within product management.
