Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our team in developing innovative Web3 and AI integrated products while exploring future trends in Web3 & AI. You will be responsible for building and optimizing AI-driven Crypto trading products from scratch, driving business implementation with a focus on data growth and tangible revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Manage the entire lifecycle of Crypto x AI related products, leading demand analysis, product design, project development, and launch from 0 to 1.
- Agent Implementation: Design and optimize Trading Agent interaction and execution logic, expanding its tool utilization (MCP/Skills/API) and intent recognition capabilities in DeFi scenarios.
- Business Growth: Conduct in-depth analysis of on-chain contract trading, prediction markets, and other business scenarios to design product mechanisms that effectively increase trading volume, TVL, or real revenue.
- Technology Adoption: Continuously track advancements in large language models (LLM) and various open-source AI Agent frameworks, quickly evaluating and transforming them into product competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years of product management experience with successful cases of independently leading internet or Web3 products from 0 to 1.
- Crypto Knowledge: Clear understanding of Web3 ecosystem, familiar with DEX, cross-chain, on-chain derivatives, and prediction markets' operational logic and user needs.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of current AI developments and limitations, proficient in using AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude). Prior AI product experience preferred.
- Results-Driven: Practical with strong data-driven awareness, capable of making product iterations and decisions focused on business growth and real revenue generation.
- Industry Insight: Maintain curiosity about cutting-edge technologies and markets with strong self-improvement and rapid learning capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background with ability to independently write scripts or conduct AI Agent PoC tests.
- Experience with high-frequency on-chain interactions, live trading, or familiarity with high-performance public chain ecosystems.
- Prior Team Leader experience is a plus.
