Position: Risk Control Specialist
The Risk Control Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the security and stability of trading operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and executing risk control strategies
- Monitor and manage risks through real-time market surveillance
- Generate alerts for suspicious activities or potential threats
- Conduct quality checks on trading data and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of risk incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance risk management processes
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and exchange operations
- Strong professional ethics and integrity
- Excellent numerical sensitivity with quick response and decisive decision-making abilities
- Strong execution capability and stress resistance
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations

- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts (three-shift system)
- Ability to handle emergencies independently during off-hours
