As a Product Designer, you will work within a Product Delivery Team that integrates UX, engineering, product, and data expertise to deliver innovative solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centric products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive visual language that supports the brand's identity and enhances user experience across various platforms.

• Have sound knowledge of commercial activities and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Build next-generation web applications with a focus on the client side, including UI/UX development, front-end implementation, and responsive design.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to consistently meet draft deadlines and deliverables.
• Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials, ensuring consistency in design standards and visual identity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, and translate insights into design solutions.

• B.C.A / M.C.A degree with completion of a National University course, or equivalent qualifications in graphic and web design.
• 3 or more years of professional design experience, preferably in product design, UX/UI, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and prototyping software.
• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to ensure seamless integration between design and development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and data analysts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user interfaces, branding, and interactive elements.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to create visually appealing and functional designs.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes to support continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize user experiences.
