We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Leader to drive the development and implementation of our exchange's technology strategy. This role will be responsible for designing robust system architectures, leading technical teams, and ensuring the security and compliance of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the exchange's technology roadmap to ensure alignment between technology direction and business objectives.
Architecture Design: Design a high concurrency and high availability exchange system architecture, including trading engines, wallet systems, clearing systems, etc.
Team Management: Lead the technical team (backend, frontend, blockchain, operations, etc.) to improve team efficiency and technical capabilities.
Technical Research and Development: Lead the research and development of blockchain related technologies, such as multi chain support, smart contract integration, cross chain transactions, etc.
Security and Compliance: Ensure system security and compliance, including private key management, anti attack mechanisms, KYC/AML, etc.

Job Requirements
