Brand Social Media&PR1. Plan and execute social media operation plans, develop content calendars, increase product and brand exposure, and user engagement; 2. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Chinese and English social media matrices (such as Weibo, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and coordinating with relevant departments to publish corresponding content; 3. Plan and write Chinese and English copy, including social media, marketing materials, video scripts, promotional brochures, brand PR drafts, etc., to ensure that all content conforms to brand tone and market demand; 4. Monitor the dynamics of competitor social media and major market campaigns, assist in marketing activities, enhance brand awareness and user interaction; 5. Regularly track, collect, and analyze social media and campaign data to generate performance reports and optimize operational plans; 6. Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of social media and community activities (such as AMA) to enhance social activity and group user interaction.
