Job Description:
As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the agile development projects within the company. Your primary role will be to ensure the proper implementation of Scrum methodologies and act as an agile coach for the development team. You will manage project objectives and processes to guarantee high-quality deliverables while addressing issues, risks, and changes with effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include conducting Sprint planning, updating Backlogs, facilitating Sprint-related meetings (such as retrospectives), and monitoring project progress. You will also oversee daily iterations, promote agile adoption, and ensure efficient team collaboration to enhance productivity and foster self-organization.
Additionally, you will assist in optimizing and promoting the agile project management framework, implementing processes and policies. You will help establish and refine agile measurement systems for R&D, including metrics and data collection methods, to quantify team performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile project management for R&D initiatives and serve as an agile coach.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in agile project management.
- Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Familiarity with version control, software testing processes, and lifecycle management tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Risk-aware mindset with excellent teamwork and accountability.
- Experience in agile software development projects; large-scale agile or IPD experience is a plus.
