Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development and iteration of Web3 products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, feature design, and driving the product lifecycle from conception to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery while gaining deep insights into the Web3 industry and business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement analysis and functional design for Web3 products.
- Drive product iterations and oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product execution.
- Continuously gather user feedback and market insights to refine product offerings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager with proven track record of delivering complete products.
- Strong passion for Web3/crypto industry with hands-on product experience in this domain.
- Prior experience in developing products related to GameFi, SocialFi, InfoFi, DeFi, prediction markets, trading tools, or market data tools.
- Proficient in product design tools including Axure, Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping software.
- Strong execution capability with product thinking - able to drive products based on real user needs rather than conceptual designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning complex product modules.
- Proven problem-solving skills with strong execution capability.
