Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of blockchain-based derivative products. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, particularly perpetual contracts, delivery contracts, and CFDs.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor research to understand user needs and develop product improvement strategies.
- Requirement Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze user requirements to produce high-quality product requirement documents.
- Project Management: Track product development progress, ensure timely project delivery, and coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve issues.
- Product Launch: Oversee product launches and promotions, develop go-to-market plans, monitor implementation effectiveness, and collect user feedback.
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze product performance data, evaluate product metrics, and propose optimization recommendations.
- Product Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of perpetual contracts, delivery contracts, and CFDs in the cryptocurrency derivatives space.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain contract products.
- Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking ability with attention to detail.
- Drive: Passionate about building exceptional products with a results-oriented mindset.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively across multiple teams and manage overall project coordination.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive salary range of 4000-6000 USD (or equivalent in cryptocurrency).
