Job Description
We are building a decentralized exchange (DEX) product on the blockchain and are currently hiring a Product Manager who can drive the core trading product from 0 to 1. This role will directly participate in key decisions regarding the trading system, product mechanisms, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and iteration of core products for centralized exchanges, including but not limited to spot/contract trading, order placement systems, market data display, and asset/fund modules.
- Participate in the product development from scratch, drive the launch of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and continuously optimize it.
- Deeply understand the needs of trading users and continuously improve order placement efficiency, trading paths, and overall trading experience.
- Collaborate closely with technical, risk control, and operations teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze the product designs of mainstream centralized exchanges, making trade-offs and innovations based on practical stages.
- Take ownership of core metrics such as trading conversion, activity, and retention based on data and feedback.
Job Requirements
- Must-have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience, with preference given to candidates with trading-related products or centralized exchange experience.
- Basic yet systematic understanding of centralized exchange product systems (matching, trading, orders, assets, fees, etc.).
- Ability to independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, and drive products from design to launch.
- Sensitivity to data and user behavior, with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
- Strong execution skills and adaptability to the uncertainties and fast pace of early-stage projects.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CEX, contracts, leverage, or derivatives.
- Active trader with firsthand insights into trading experiences.
- Experience in Web3/Crypto or startup environments.
- Deep involvement in trading systems, matching frontends, or high-concurrency products.
