We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Web3 exchange platform. This role involves strategic planning, innovative design, and cross-functional collaboration to create a cutting-edge decentralized trading solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive plans for the Web3 exchange platform, designing innovative trading processes and functional architecture that leverage decentralization principles
- Create clear and detailed product documentation to support the platform's development from initial concept through ongoing iterations
- Engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders including traders, compliance experts, and technical specialists to gather and analyze requirements
- Identify core user needs and translate them into actionable product features and optimization opportunities
- Prioritize product roadmap items and drive their successful implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, testing) to establish project timelines and key milestones
- Monitor project progress, resolve interdepartmental challenges, and ensure timely product releases with stable updates
- Conduct competitive analysis of Web3 platforms, evaluating their business models, strengths, and weaknesses
- Develop unique competitive advantages and differentiation strategies for our platform
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Optimize user interface, trading workflows, and security mechanisms to enhance platform usability and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related platforms
- Strong understanding of decentralized technologies and cryptocurrency trading ecosystems
