1. Contribute to the overall design and product direction at Conduit2. Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals3. Partner closely with engineering, product management, and design peers to define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics4. Engage in user research to better understand our users and refine our products5. Contribute to and evolve our design system6. Help establish our design culture and grow our team
