1. Translate user insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes with Figma and other design tools2. Incorporate user research and usability testing to iterate on product optimization and improvements3. Collaborate effectively Product Leads and Leadership team4. Communicate the product’s vision and articulate design decisions and trade-offs both verbally and visually5. Stay up to date on trends and best practices in web3 design6. Partner with engineering to ensure designs are properly implemented7. Facilitate and drive cross-discipline collaboration8. Execute UI design at both interaction and visual design level9. Define and execute product branding elements in collaboration with design team and go-to-market team10. Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, stakeholders and other teams members to deliver end-to-end product experiences11.
