Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Create and iterate high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- User-Centric Approach: Incorporate user feedback, user research, and key performance metrics to produce user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design vision is executed accurately.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products, latest design trends, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space.
- Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our UI/UX design system to ensure consistent design language across all product touchpoints.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and DeFi space is a plus
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
