Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and explore promotion channels and cooperation resources, including but not limited to online advertising, cooperative promotion, mutual promotion, and exchange volume, to achieve goals such as promotion, business expansion, and user growth.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with cooperation channels to ensure sustained performance and mutual benefits.
• Integrate channel resources, draft cooperation details, and coordinate internal and external resources to implement end-to-end promotion strategies.
• Take ownership of user growth and activity effectiveness by designing and executing targeted campaigns.
• Plan and execute online promotion activities for cooperative channels, leveraging creative and data-driven approaches.
• Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, channel performance data, and user feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Propose and implement optimization solutions based on data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging business opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in channel expansion, partnership management, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with experience in planning and executing online promotion activities.
• Familiarity with industry tools for performance tracking and data analysis.
• Proactive attitude with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
