- Plan and execute platform campaigns to boost acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Develop tailored campaign strategies based on contract product features
- Understand regional user behaviors and customize campaigns accordingly
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Maintain high efficiency with timely feedback and execution
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or campaign operations (Web3/exchange industry experience preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis methods, metrics, and logical reasoning
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python, and report generation
- Deep understanding of campaign planning and user growth strategies
- Excellent execution and cross-department communication skills
- Results-driven with multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Web3/exchange/wallet/blockchain data analysis or campaign operations
- Proven track record in KOL/community data management with ROI/funnel analysis
- Experience building custom data metrics or automated reporting systems
