We are seeking a highly motivated Web3 Operations Manager to join our team in Shanghai. Key Responsibilities
- Product Operations: Analyze company product characteristics and user groups, participate in developing and executing comprehensive product operation strategies
- Market Operations: Create, publish and manage community content across social media platforms, collaborate with multiple channels to organize impactful market activities
- Studio Operations: Actively participate in studio project discussions and contribute to project interactions and implementations
- Team Management: Lead and mentor junior operations teams to execute Web3 operational initiatives effectively
- Additional Duties: Handle various ad-hoc operational tasks as required by business needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in Web3/blockchain environment
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and community dynamics
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments
