Job Description
This position requires a professional to drive strategic initiatives in the blockchain ecosystem, focusing on the integration and development of Crypto wallet solutions with various public chains and their associated projects. The role involves comprehensive planning, execution, and optimization of cross-chain collaboration strategies, while ensuring alignment with business goals and user-centric design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cooperation schemes between Crypto wallet and multiple public chains/ecological projects, including thorough analysis of project features and strategic alignment with product strengths to create innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies through project collaboration, event operations, and brand promotion activities, with a focus on optimizing conversion funnels and enhancing user engagement metrics.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination with project teams, business development, operations, design, branding, content, and product departments to ensure seamless execution of collaboration plans.
- Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points and requirements in the Crypto field, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet user needs and deliver enhanced value to wallet users.
- Perform market research on emerging and established public chains/ecological projects to evaluate opportunities for expanding Crypto wallet functionality and market reach.
Job Requirements
