Job Description
The Community Management Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the moderation team and ensuring the smooth operation of the community. This position involves guiding and supervising moderators to maintain a safe, fair, and engaging environment for all community members. The supervisor collaborates closely with the PancakeSwap team to stay updated on community news and policies, ensuring consistent enforcement of rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the moderation team to ensure effective and fair implementation of community rules
- Keep all team members informed about the latest community rules and policies
- Collaborate with the PancakeSwap team to share updates and align on community management strategies
- Monitor community chats to identify and remove spam or inappropriate behavior
- Review and approve user-posted content to maintain community standards
- Address community members' questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Report serious issues or violations to higher management when necessary
- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all community members
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or moderation roles
- Strong leadership skills with ability to guide and supervise a team
- Excellent understanding of online community dynamics and best practices
- Ability to interpret and enforce community rules fairly and consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- Familiarity with PancakeSwap or similar blockchain communities is a plus
- Availability to monitor community activities across different time zones
