Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data to optimize marketing activities and develop effective brand promotion strategies based on data-driven insights
 - Manage the daily operations of company social media channels, including performance monitoring, analytics reporting, and execution of engaging social media campaigns
 - Create, edit, and maintain high-quality content across digital platforms including company website, blog, and marketing materials
 - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external industry partners to develop collaborative projects
 - Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches to customer acquisition and engagement
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
 - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
 - Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling marketing messages
 - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities
 - Experience with content management systems, SEO principles, and digital marketing tools
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
