Key Responsibilities
- Establish exhibition partnerships: Proactively identify and secure official partnerships with major global Web3.0-related exhibitions, collaborating with organizers to design co-marketing strategies that maximize BeezTrip's exposure and participation opportunities.
 - User attraction and promotion: Leverage exhibition collaborations to implement targeted user acquisition campaigns, utilizing on-site engagement tactics, digital marketing, and interactive experiences to boost user sign-ups and retention rates.
 - Developer community collaboration: Cultivate long-term relationships with influential developer communities, organizing technical workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster innovation and ecosystem growth.
 - Cost control and budget management: Develop and execute partnership initiatives within strict financial parameters, monitoring expenses, negotiating favorable terms, and optimizing ROI for all collaborative activities.
 - Industry stakeholder promotion: Build strategic alliances with investors, technology partners, and industry leaders, creating joint ventures and co-branded projects to expand BeezTrip's market influence and credibility.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development within tech or Web3.0 sectors, with a track record of securing high-profile collaborations.
 - Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, capable of representing BeezTrip's interests effectively in cross-functional teams.
 - Strong understanding of Web3.0 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and digital marketing trends to identify strategic opportunities.
 - Ability to balance creative vision with budget constraints, delivering impactful campaigns while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
 - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate BeezTrip's value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
 - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives efficiently.
 - Knowledge of exhibition planning and execution processes to ensure seamless integration with external events.
 - Ability to analyze market data and competitor strategies to inform partnership decisions and growth tactics.
