Job Description
The role involves end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the brand in the Web3 space, including strategy development, project coordination, resource allocation, timeline management, and post-campaign analysis. The goal is to create differentiated engagement strategies tailored to industry characteristics to enhance brand visibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Web3 industry trends and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and optimize strategies, while developing reusable methodologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee marketing data tracking and analysis, producing post-campaign reports based on core metrics and refining strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, etc.) to align marketing efforts with product updates and user engagement, driving business growth.
- Develop innovative content and engagement tactics that resonate with the Web3 audience while maintaining brand consistency.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in advertising agencies, major internet companies, or successful campaign execution is preferred.
- Strong marketing planning skills with the ability to independently manage full-cycle projects from ideation to optimization, with keen control over campaign pacing and data insights.
- Familiarity with key Web3 marketing channels (X, Telegram, short-video platforms, etc.) and their operational dynamics to efficiently achieve marketing objectives.
- Excellent content creation and aesthetic judgment to produce brand-aligned materials.
- Proficient in data analysis to identify issues and refine strategies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
