Job Description
We are looking for an experienced community growth and marketing manager to help Miraix increase online voice and project appeal. You will play a key role in expanding our digital presence and fostering engagement across various platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker who can combine creativity with data-driven approaches to build vibrant online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive community growth strategies
- Build and manage Telegram/Discord communities
- Organize and operate AMA (Ask Me Anything) events
- Expand Twitter/X influence and engagement
- Collaborate with Web3 KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and ecosystem partners
- Prioritize integration with Virtual_iO launchpad initiatives
- Grow user base and increase community activity
- Design effective incentive mechanisms
- Oversee content dissemination across platforms
- Continuously monitor and optimize performance data
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Web3 communities and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with launchpad projects and virtual communities is highly valued. You should be data-driven, creative, and able to develop innovative solutions to grow and engage our community.
