Job Description
This role focuses on driving growth and engagement within the cryptocurrency ecosystem by identifying and cultivating high-quality token issuance opportunities. The candidate will work closely with blockchain projects, founders, and developers across multiple protocols to establish strategic partnerships and ensure seamless integration with our platform. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, evaluating project viability, and managing the onboarding process for new listings while maintaining a strong connection with the project's community and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new project leads by identifying quality issuance opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and trend forecasting.
- Proactively reach out to token projects, founders, and developers building on any protocol to build relationships and explore collaboration potential.
- Be fully immersed in the project and its audience by conducting regular engagement activities, understanding user needs, and aligning with community goals.
- Act as the front-facing account customer service partner to our existing token projects, ensuring timely communication and resolving stakeholder queries.
- Conduct diligence on commercial aspects of crypto projects, including directly liaising with issuing teams to assess business models, revenue streams, and market positioning.
- Help navigate the onboarding of crypto projects through the process of our listings department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and platform requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in cryptocurrency market analysis and project vetting, with a strong background in blockchain ecosystems and token issuance processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with founders, developers, and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive due diligence on commercial aspects of projects, including financial modeling, legal compliance, and market feasibility assessments.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency protocols, smart contract development, and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth onboarding workflows.
- Passion for fostering community engagement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to project teams and their audiences.
- Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus, enabling clear communication with global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency trading platforms, market data tools, and project management software to streamline operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving market conditions and project demands.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate project risks, opportunities, and long-term potential for sustainable growth.
