Job Description
This position focuses on identifying and onboarding high-quality blockchain projects to enhance the exchange's offerings. The role involves end-to-end management from project evaluation to successful listing, requiring strong market analysis and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Development and Evaluation: Proactively identify and screen high-quality blockchain projects worldwide (DeFi, GameFi, MEME, Layer 2, etc.) and conduct professional project evaluations.
- Negotiation and Listing: Communicate with project teams, discuss listing plans, complete negotiations, and facilitate project launches on the exchange.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze cryptocurrency market trends, optimize listing processes and strategies to ensure the exchange's competitiveness.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with project teams, communities, and partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth listing processes.
Additional Requirements
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
- Proven track record in project evaluation and deal negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
