Job Description
As a Product Assistant, you will work closely with the Product Owner to analyze requirements and conduct user research. Your responsibilities include collecting and organizing user feedback to identify core needs. You will be responsible for writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define functional requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria to ensure executable specifications.
Using prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, or MockingBot, you will create wireframes and interactive prototypes to support product design reviews. You will facilitate internal communication and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely information sharing and rapid issue resolution.
Assisting in project management, you'll track product progress, identify risks, and provide timely updates to ensure on-time delivery. You'll participate in product reviews, collaborating closely with development and design teams to monitor progress and quality.
Additional duties include conducting functional testing and acceptance, documenting and tracking bugs, and working with developers to ensure product quality. You'll assist with competitive research and data analysis to support product decisions and optimization strategies.
You'll also maintain product documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing to build organizational product expertise.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably from 985/211 universities
- Strong product thinking with user-centric approach
- Ability to create clear, logical PRDs
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma/Axure/MockingBot)
- Fast learner with strong self-development capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Web3 projects (DeFi, Farming, DEX)
- Deep understanding of airdrops, quests, and Web3 ecosystems
- Blockchain-related academic background preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus
- Strong English proficiency (CET-6/TOEFL/IELTS)
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel/SQL)
- Product-related internship/project experience
- Technical background beneficial for developer collaboration
