As a Product Designer, you will work within a Product Delivery Team that integrates UX, engineering, product, and data expertise to deliver innovative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to create seamless digital experiences. You will be responsible for translating business goals into visual designs that enhance user engagement and drive product success.

• Lead the design of next-generation web applications with a strong focus on client-side development, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between creative exploration and timely delivery while adhering to strict deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and data analysts to refine design concepts and implement solutions
• Revise and improve existing design work to maintain a cohesive brand identity and ensure consistency across all visual materials
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and enhance product functionality

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A/M.C.A) from a recognized national university or equivalent qualification
• Have at least 3 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch, along with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of UX design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards
• Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating intuitive interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user needs
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders and team members
