Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and frontend capabilities, coupled with practical experience or keen interest in AI programming. You will be involved in the design and development of core systems while exploring practical applications of AI in real-world business scenarios (e.g., code generation, automation, data analysis, etc.). We value code quality and tangible results over unnecessary meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services (Java/Spring Boot)
- Participate in frontend application development (React.js) and optimize user experience
- Design and implement highly available, high-performance system architectures
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., code assistants, automation tools) into development workflows to enhance efficiency
- Participate in product requirement analysis and technical solution design
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development processes
Job Requirements
- Core Competencies:
- 3+ years of software development experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Solid Java foundation with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud experience
- Proficient in React.js with modern frontend development experience (Hooks, state management)
- Familiar with RESTful API design and development
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services (e.g., AWS)
- Background in data analysis or AI application development
- Experience with high-concurrency systems
- AI Programming (Key Focus Area):
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Understanding of AI-driven development efficiency improvements (code generation, debugging, refactoring)
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into projects/workflows (preferred)
- Experience building custom Prompt/Agent workflows
- Application of AI in code generation, testing, or business logic implementation
