Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs
 - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
 - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
 - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
 - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
 - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
 - Collaborate with department heads to understand specific position requirements
 - Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
 - Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports
 - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
 - Proven track record of successful hiring in competitive job markets
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Strong organizational and time management abilities
 - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
 - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
 - Creative approach to sourcing and attracting candidates
 - Strong negotiation and closing skills
