We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community/Growth Lead to define and nurture Inco's cultural identity while driving community engagement and growth. This role is pivotal in shaping our community's voice, fostering connections, and expanding our global presence in the web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Culture Creation: Define and evolve Inco's unique cultural identity through rituals, memes, narratives, and symbols that unite the community.
Community Growth: Scale our Discord and social channels while maintaining high engagement levels. Identify, onboard, and empower local community leaders in key cities through mixers, meetups, and other initiatives.
Community Engagement: Host diverse events including AMAs, workshops, hackathons, and mixers to foster meaningful conversations around FHE and privacy tech.
Partnership Development: Build strategic relationships with projects, DAOs, and influencers in the web3 space to create valuable collaborations for Inco members.

Additional Responsibilities

Launch and manage ambassador programs to promote Inco's vision globally.
Develop engaging content to keep the community excited and informed about our latest developments.
Create strong emotional bonds between community members through innovative engagement strategies.
Monitor community health metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in community building, growth hacking, or related roles in web3/tech spaces.
Deep understanding of decentralized communities and crypto culture.
