Job Description
The role involves creating visually appealing designs for trading platforms and marketing materials. The designer will be responsible for developing online promotional materials such as event posters, invitations, and social media visuals including banners and thematic illustrations. Additionally, the designer will establish and maintain brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all design outputs. The position requires the ability to independently manage the entire design process from conceptualization to final delivery, providing tailored visual solutions for various marketing scenarios. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams is essential to ensure designs effectively communicate marketing objectives. Participation in creative brainstorming sessions to offer professional visual recommendations is also expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for trading platforms, including online event posters, invitations, and other marketing advertisements.
- Create social media visuals such as event banners and thematic illustrations.
- Develop and maintain brand visual guidelines to ensure design consistency.
- Independently handle the full design process from concept to final product.
- Provide differentiated visual solutions for various marketing scenarios.
- Regularly produce innovative design proposals to enhance brand visual performance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Art Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of visual design experience; preference given to candidates with experience in internet, advertising, or media industries.
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and basic knowledge of user experience and interaction design.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to independently produce high-quality design work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Experience in animation or video production is a plus.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new design methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of front-end development technologies for effective collaboration with development teams.
- Experience in cross-platform design, capable of handling design requirements for Web, App, and other devices.
