Job Description
Insrt Labs is building the access layer for non-fungible digital asset DeFi, creating a protocol that serves as an aggregation, abstraction, and simplification layer for users to participate in metaverse capital markets. Our mission is to democratize access to NFT-based financial products by providing a seamless interface for managing and interacting with digital assets. As a globally distributed and remote organization, we operate across all corners of the world, leveraging our team's extensive experience from leading institutions such as OlympusDAO, Drift, UXD, Premia Finance, UBS, and Merrill Lynch. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the core engineer responsible for developing and maintaining Insrt’s front-end interface and related infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand identity and user needs.
- Implement systems for real-time monitoring, alerting, and analytics of on-chain data, ensuring reliability and scalability for high-traffic environments.
- Design and build tools to visualize and analyze complex on-chain datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making for the team.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments including Design, QA, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth implementation, rigorous testing, and timely deployment of new features.
- Contribute to the development of demand-side liquidity infrastructure for non-fungible assets, starting with NFT PFPs and other collectibles, to enhance market participation and user engagement.
- Optimize front-end performance and user experience, ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and browsers while maintaining security standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain technology to continuously improve the platform and innovate new solutions.
- Document technical processes, APIs, and system architecture to ensure clarity and ease of onboarding for future team members.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer with a strong focus on front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of web3 tools and frameworks, including MetaMask, Ethers.js, and Web3Modal, to enable seamless integration with blockchain networks.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS, with experience in building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with global team members through tools like Slack, Zoom, and GitHub.
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, or Plotly to create intuitive dashboards for on-chain analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices for deploying and scaling web applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders during the development lifecycle.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices for security and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to debugging and optimizing complex systems.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Passion for blockchain technology and NFTs, with a desire to contribute to the future of decentralized finance and metaverse ecosystems.
