Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and highly communicative Web3 technical expert/manager to serve as our CTO's trusted assistant. You will be deeply involved in the architecture design and technical challenges of the core project, and collaborate with the CTO to gradually grow into a core technology leader who can independently lead the technology team and plan the company's technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Deeply involved in requirement analysis, technology selection, system architecture design, and core module development for large-scale Web3 projects.
Lead or participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and security audit follow-up of key smart contracts.
Efficient technical communication with international clients, clear explanation of technical solutions, understanding and solving customer needs and problems.
Assist CTO in conducting technical pre research, exploring cutting-edge Web3 technologies, and promoting their application in projects.
Participate in the development and optimization of technical specifications, development processes, and quality control systems for the team.
Assist the CTO in daily management, task allocation, code review, and technical guidance of the technical team, and cultivate the growth of team members.
Write high-quality technical documents (English preferred).

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Web3 technologies and blockchain development.
Strong background in system architecture design and smart contract development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to international clients.
Ability to conduct technical research and implement cutting-edge Web3 solutions.
Experience in team management, task allocation, and code review.
