Job Description
As a Front End Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user-facing components of our web3 platform. This position requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure front-end solutions that align with both business objectives and product vision. You will be responsible for leading the development of front-end systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features, and driving the implementation of multi-terminal product development strategies across desktop, mobile, and blockchain-based interfaces. The role also involves continuous improvement of user experience through iterative design and performance optimization, while maintaining a robust codebase that adheres to W3C standards and ensures compatibility with all major browsers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of front-end systems for web3 applications, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with product goals.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and functional user interfaces.
- Implement and optimize multi-terminal product development strategies, including desktop, mobile, and decentralized application (dApp) platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices in front-end architecture and coding standards.
- Monitor and enhance system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose technical solutions to improve load times and responsiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging web3 technologies, frameworks, and design trends to maintain a competitive edge in product development.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure front-end features meet quality standards and are thoroughly tested across all platforms.
- Document technical processes, maintain code quality, and ensure scalability for future product expansions.
- Participate in project management tasks, including planning, timeline coordination, and risk assessment for front-end deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership in the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and technologies to streamline development workflows.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in web3 front-end development, with a strong understanding of blockchain contract interactions and wallet integration (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect).
- Expertise in modern web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, HTML5, and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Proficiency in using mainstream JS libraries (e.g., jQuery, Lodash) and a deep understanding of design principles for creating intuitive user interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with version control systems like Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex front-end issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
