Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications, frameworks, tools, and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of frameworks, tools, and platforms for product-oriented business needs, as well as system architecture construction.
- Work closely with the team to efficiently and effectively complete feature development, testing, and deployment.
- Continuously optimize systems to ensure excellent browser compatibility and stability.
- Maintain clean, readable, maintainable, and scalable code with strong coding practices.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in core frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of relevant standards.
- Extensive experience with frontend frameworks like React (preferred), Vue, or Angular, along with related ecosystem tools (e.g., Redux, RxJS).
- Solid understanding of frontend engineering and modularization, with hands-on experience in build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Rollup.
- Familiarity with browser-specific behaviors and the ability to resolve compatibility issues while delivering smooth UI interactions.
- Deep understanding of the underlying principles of at least one frontend framework and the ability to optimize system performance based on framework features.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, passion for technological innovation, and a sense of responsibility toward team and individual growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).
- Prior involvement in large-scale web systems, mobile apps, or desktop applications.
- Ability to independently design and develop frontend project architectures.
