Lead Engineer - API Products- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable, reliable, and secure APIs for our crypto payment platform- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to define API requirements and align with overall product vision- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to API design and implementation- Drive the adoption of modern API development frameworks and tools to improve efficiency, performance, and maintainability- Establish and maintain robust API documentation to facilitate seamless integration for both internal and external developers- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise API performance to ensure high availability and low latency- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
